We purchased our house 1993 and renovated it shortly thereafter in 1995. We have since moved to a larger home off Siesta Key to live in a golf course community. Tremont Street has a quiet park like setting among some of the friendliest neighbors you will ever meet. We have enjoyed years of convenient boating with the closeness to all Sarasota has to offer.
We will consider financing the home with terms which can be established upon successful price negotiation. We will also consider a property exchange for commercial real estate or bay front acreage. All offers will be considered.
